Who We Hire

All candidates undergo a thorough background check and screening process. Armed roles require current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an armed private security guard, such as a valid Washington State Department of Licensing (DOL) armed security guard license with a current firearms certificate from the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission (CJTC), and/or an Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST) armed private security certification, depending on the state of operation. Prior law enforcement, military, or security experience is preferred but not required for all positions.

Unarmed Security Specialist

Corso Program

An Unarmed Security Specialist is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises, enforcing security policies, and responding to security incidents. You do not carry firearms but may use other non-lethal security equipment.

Armed Security Specialist

Corso Program

An Armed Security Specialist is responsible for protecting an organization’s assets, employees, visitors, and property by patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, and responding to security breaches. You are licensed to carry firearms and may be required to use them to deter or neutralize threats.

Protective Security Specialist

Fossa Program

A Protective Security Specialist ensures the safety of individuals through risk assessment, threat detection, and protective measures. Highly trained in personal protection techniques, they provide tailored security solutions, close protection, secure transportation, and trusted advice to mitigate risks and ensure client well-being.

Private Investigation Specialist

Merlin Program

A Private Investigation Specialist is responsible for conducting discreet, intelligence-driven investigations to identify, prevent, and mitigate threats before they materialize. Utilizing OSINT, digital reconnaissance, surveillance techniques, and analytical methods, they gather actionable intelligence, uncover hidden risks, and provide clients with strategic insights to protect people, assets, and reputation.
