Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By purchasing or enrolling in any training course or certification program offered by Arux Group, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Enrollment & Payment
- Courses are available for purchase by individuals or entities worldwide, subject to any specific requirements stated on the course description page.
- Full payment is required at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.
- All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.
- Arux Group reserves the right to refuse enrollment or access at its sole discretion.
Program Description
- Each Course provides access to training materials (videos, documents, quizzes, etc.), instruction, and, upon successful completion, paperwork submitted to the appropriate certifying agency.
- Courses may be delivered online (self-paced or live) or in-person, as specified in the course description.
- Certification is awarded only to participants who meet the passing criteria (e.g., minimum exam score, completion of assignments), as outlined in the specific Course.
- Access to Course materials is provided for the duration specified. Arux Group reserves the right to update or modify Course content for accuracy and relevance.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds may be available within 14 days of purchase if the participant does not attend a purchased course, subject to Arux Group’s approval.
- No refunds will be provided after the refund period or once substantial access or progress has occurred.
- Participants may cancel enrollment at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued unless stated otherwise for the specific Course.
- Arux Group may cancel or reschedule a Course (e.g., due to low enrollment) and will provide a full refund or transfer option in such cases.
Participant Responsibilities
Participants must:
- Provide accurate and complete information during enrollment and throughout the Course.
- Use Course materials solely for personal or internal business learning purposes.
- Comply with any Course-specific rules (e.g., attendance for live sessions, academic integrity during exams).
Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
Confidentiality
Any confidential or proprietary information shared during the Course (e.g., case studies, trade secrets) must be kept confidential by the participant. Data collection and use are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All Course materials, content, certifications, and related resources are the intellectual property of Arux Group. Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use them for personal learning only. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share these materials without Arux Group’s prior written consent.
Limitations
- Certifications have no guaranteed professional recognition outside of Arux Group and do not imply endorsement by third-party bodies unless explicitly stated.
- Arux Group reserves the right to revoke certification if obtained through misconduct (e.g., cheating).
- Courses are provided for educational purposes only and do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., job placement, skill mastery).
Liability Limitations
Courses are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Arux Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Course, use of materials, or reliance on certification. Participants assume full responsibility for applying learned knowledge.
Cancellation or Termination
Arux Group may terminate access for any participant who violates these terms, provides false information, or engages in disruptive behavior. Notice of termination will be provided via email.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from the Program shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Washington.
Modifications
Arux Group reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Course after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
